CLEARWATER, August 20, 2007 — Ruth Eckerd Hall President and CEO Robert Freedman today announced the appointment of Cindy Bosselmann as the new marketing director of Ruth Eckerd Hall.

“I am so pleased to make this appointment; Cindy brings years of experience in senior management in the performing arts and the public assembly field, as well as an enthusiasm for coming to Ruth Eckerd Hall,” said Freedman. “It was a long search process, but worth the time to be able to bring someone of Cindy's caliber on board to join our exceptional team.”

Bosselmann takes up her new appointment on Monday, August 27. Currently, she serves as director of marketing and public relations at the Orlando Shakespeare Theater. She has also served in senior management positions at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, MassConcerts in Boston, Lowell Memorial Auditorium, Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom and the Worcester Centrum.

Bosselmann replaces former Marketing Director Lex Poppens, who accepted the position of Vice President of Marketing with The Omaha Symphony in January of this year.
