Ruth Eckerd Hall is committed to providing accessibility to those with disabilities; therefore it is understood and assumed that locations used to accommodate a disability indicate a true need on the part of the purchaser. Purchasing under false pretenses may result in revocation of ticketing privileges. We reserve the right to investigate where fraud is suspected.
Locations to accommodate a wheelchair or other mobility device are made available when an event is opened for sale. Ruth Eckerd Hall does not provide a wheelchair or seat for these locations. Companion seating is located adjacent and nearby. Aisles and locations where steps are not present are indicated when selecting seats online. When ordering by mail, phone or in person, please indicate your needs at the time of purchase. Locations are sold on a first come / first served basis based on availability at the time of purchase. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, locations will be released for general sale in proportion with available public inventory. All designated locations will be released when a price section no longer has seats available for general purchase.
We understand that emergency situations may prevent the guest from attending and will make every reasonable effort to exchange the location for a comparable theater seat based on availability. At times, such seating may not be available at which case we will issue a credit for the value of the ticket to be used toward another performance.
Please note: Due to Florida Statute 712.36 which prohibits resale of a ticket issued by a 501(c)3 not-for-profit in excess of $1 above face value, we do not honor any tickets resold on the secondary market that violate this law. Such tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will be voided without compensation regardless of location.« Back
