Ruth Eckerd Hall employs approximately 65 full-time employees and 160 part-time employees. Full-time employees may participate in group health plans, group dental plans, 403(b) retirement plans and an optional supplemental insurance plan. Full-time employees also receive Life, AD&D, long-term disability benefits as well as Paid Time Off. All employees are eligible for direct deposit, credit union services, 403(b) enrollment, and discounts on educational programs.

Background Screening Authorization - Volunteers
Applications for ushers received after 8/31/12 will be placed on the waiting list and contacted August 2014.
Our volunteers provide valuable services that are needed to provide the REH experience to our patrons. Whether the assignment is front of house with patrons or behind the scenes, we need your expertise. The Boards of both our operating companies, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Inc. and Ruth Eckerd Hall Foundation, Inc., are made up of volunteers from our community as well.
Community Events - Our Theater Representatives
Representing Ruth Eckerd Hall at community events/festivals is a great way to promote the hall throughout our community. We are always looking for volunteers who are willing to encourage participation at the many events that are held at REH. If you are enthusiastic about our theater, we need your help!
Ushers - Our Theater Welcome Committee
Ushers play an important role as they may be the first interaction patrons have with Ruth Eckerd Hall. Usher responsibilities include greeting and directing patrons, assisting patrons with seating ensuring that guests are properly seated, distributing programs, and answering general patron questions.
Concessions - Our Theater Watering System
Volunteers help to serve our patrons by selling soda and water before and after a performance and during intermission.
Office Help - Our Theater Operators
Volunteers provide support to our administrative office in the Accounting, Education, Marketing, and Ticketing departments. Office responsibilities may include but are not limited to data entry, scheduling appointments, filing, copying, customer service, writing/editing and graphic design.
Volunteers are needed for day, afternoon, and evening positions each day of the week.
