Parking & Entry
Disabled
parking places are located around the facility on
a first come - first served basis. They are clearly
marked; for additional assistance, please ask a parking
lot attendant for direction. There are designated
drop-off points at each entrance for easy access to
the lobbies.
Wheelchair
locations with companion seats are available for all
performances. Please directly contact the Ruth Eckerd
Hall Ticket office to request a wheelchair location
at the time of purchase. (Specific seating is unavailable
through on-line ticketing.)

Elevators
service those areas located above ground level including
the Ruth Eckerd Hall upper lobbies, the Heye Great Room,
the Dimmitt Atrium Lounge, the Hoffman Dress Circle Room

Assistance System
Patrons with hearing disabilities enjoy our state-of-the-art
infrared hearing assistance system. Listeners use a
compact, portable receiver and earphones to hear clearly
and easily from anywhere in the seating area. Please
speak to an usher at the performance to request a hearing
assistance device.
