In honor of its 100th Anniversary, Morton Plant Hospital Presents Clearwater’s Blast Friday, in partnership with Brighthouse Networks.
This family-friendly food and craft vendor festival from 5:30-10pm will feature a free live concert on the Tampa Bay Times Cleveland Street Stage.
Food trucks and vendors will be selling a wide variety of freshly prepared specialty food and beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

The Greg Billings Band
The Greg Billings Band is a continuation of a phenomenon that began when popular ‘80s Florida band Romeo signed to Epic Records and released its first album after a name change to "Stranger".

The Black Honkeys
Known for their soul, funk and rhythm ‘n’ blues music, The Black Honkeys have won awards in multiple categories for three years running in Creative Loafing’s Best of the Bay Reader’s Choice Awards.

Betty Fox Band
The 2015 representative of the Suncoast Blues Society, an International Blues Challenge Finalist and 2-time winner of Creative Loafing’s Best of the Bay, Tampa Bay’s Betty Fox is truly proving herself to be a force to be reckoned with.

Due to overwhelming demand, Here Come The Mummies return to Clearwater for the first time since their sold-out show at the Capitol Theatre in October. Since their discovery, the band has opened for P-Funk, Al Green and Cheap Trick, rocked Super Bowl Village 2012, become a regular on The Bob and Tom Show and made themselves the darlings of sell-out crowds over wide swaths of North America.

Blast Friday was established in 2009 as downtown Clearwater's free, family-friendly street festival. Supported by the City of Clearwater, the Cleveland Street District and the Downtown Development Board and produced by Ruth Eckerd Hall On The Road. The concert is taking place on the 400 block with the stage located at Osceola and Cleveland in front of the Capitol Theatre. The Capitol Theatre will be open to the public starting at 5:30pm. The Grand Lobby bar is open as well as the downstairs restrooms for public use.
