Ticketing Services
The ticket office is located on the west side of Ruth Eckerd Hall near the entrance to the Margarete Heye Great Room. For your convenience, a ticket booth is open in the Murray Studio Theater lobby for all performances in the Murray. The ticket office is open Monday - Saturday 12 noon - 6 pm and one hour prior to performances and remains open through intermission. A picture ID is required for will call pick-up.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in each theater lobby and second floor gallery. For your convenience before and after the lobbies close, a restroom is located next to the Ticket Office outside the West Lobby.
Lobby & Bar Services
Beverages and light snacks are available in the main lobbies one hour before performance time and through the first intermission. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased with proper ID. Please note that some performances do not have a scheduled intermission and beverage service may be suspended for some events.
ATM
For your convenience, an ATM is located at the West Lobby.
Smoking Area
No smoking is permitted within the facility. Please ask an usher for direction to designated outdoor smoking areas.
Valet Parking
Parking valet service is available for most performances for an additional fee.
