Welcome Back Safety Protocols
Its been quiet around here these past several months, but we’ve busy preparing for your return. Here’s what you can expect on your next visit. Please take a moment to watch the video below.
Our environmental team is using the latest EPA and CDC recommended protocols to sanitize the facility before you arrive in the building. But the work does not stop there. While you’re inside the theater enjoying your favorite artist, the team will be outside disinfecting surfaces throughout the performance.
When you arrive, simply hold up your ticket in hand or on your mobile device for the attendant to scan. Face coverings are required inside our building, and if you forget to bring yours, we’ll be happy to provide you with one. You will be waved through the Xonar gate, the newest technology in contact-free screening.
Xonar uses sound waves and artificial intelligence to identify prohibited items while a thermal sensor registers body temperature.
Xonar reduces the need to check handbags and empty pockets, green-lighting most guests quickly.
You’ll find hand sanitizer stations conveniently located throughout the facility and for your comfort, theater seating will be available as soon as the lobby opens.
You may even notice how fresh the air is. In addition to high grade filtration, we’ve installed an air purification system in all of our facilities. The system releases oxidized ions into the air. These ions bind to viruses, bacteria, mold and fungus, rendering them harmless. It works continuously and effectively treats the entire space 7-8 times during the hour. We tend to keep the temperature inside the theater at a cool temperature. We do recommend bringing a light jacket, just to be on the safe side.
When weather permits, beverage service will be located outdoors with a swipe of your card.
Or use our new mobile app and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.
The mobile app is super convenient when you want to beat the lines upon arrival, and at intermission. More Info
We are committed to creating a healthy, a comfortable and an enjoyable experience and we’re counting on you to do your part too. We’ll be reminding you of the importance of staying home if you have flu-like symptoms or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
When you’re up and about, please be mindful to give others space and to avoid crowding. And we’ll be there to assist you if you need anything during your visit.
On behalf of our Board of Directors and our entire staff, thank you for being part of the Ruth Eckerd Hall family.
