The theme of this year’s event is inspired by the hit Broadway musical Moulin Rouge. Guests will enjoy custom cocktails and a seated gourmet dinner presented by Ruth Eckerd Hall’s in-house chef to the stars.
The French-inspired menu will include Salad Nicoise, Lobster L’Armoricaine, Grilled Delmonico Steak with Gorgonzola and Sauce Soubise, along with Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts. There will be an auction featuring one-of-a-kind memorabilia from the Ruth Eckerd Hall vault. The proceeds from the Gala will provide access to arts education at the Marcia P. Hoffman School of the Arts at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
