By now you will have heard that all events at our venues and on the road have been suspended through April 2. With very few exceptions, all are delayed, not cancelled. Please give us these next few weeks to announce new dates before requesting a refund. Every one of these artists has committed to reschedule and their representatives are working around the clock to reroute tours; Clearwater is one stop in a chain of venues. The tour chain is what keeps costs down and ticket prices within reach.

Your patience allows our team to direct our resources where it most benefits you, our customers. You will always have the option for a refund when the new date is announced and you will be guaranteed the same seat while you decide. If it eases your mind to ensure you have flexibility, exchange your purchase for a voucher to use toward any show of your choice.
