Longtime supporters of Ruth Eckerd Hall, Nancy and David Bilheimer were honored with the naming of the historic cinema-turned-performance-space through a generous $2.5 million gift as part of Ruth Eckerd Hall’s Expanding the Experience fundraising campaign. Their funding supports ongoing arts education programs at The Marcia P. Hoffman School of The Arts, reaching more than 60,000 local students each year.

Toasts were made by both Clearwater Mayor Bruce Rector and Ruth Eckerd Hall CEO, Susan Crockett, before guests gathered outdoors to view the official lighting of the new display and its accompanying digital banner just beneath. Nancy and David Bilheimer themselves secured a spot up front, beaming underneath the glow of their electric tribute, and surrounded by a crowd of adoring fans.
