What a wonderfully sweet evening at Ruth Eckerd Hall!

Friends and supporters gathered for a magical celebration before the curtain rose on Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the Marcia P. Hoffman School of the Arts' biggest summer musical production to date. More than 70+ members enjoyed an exclusive pre-show reception featuring delicious hors d'oeuvres, from Oompa Loompa Skewers to Fluffy Cotton Candy, and cooling off with a delicious Fizzy Lifting drink, creating the perfect Wonka-worthy atmosphere.

Following the reception, guests experienced an unforgettable performance on the Ruth Eckerd Hall Main Stage. Featuring more than 50 cast, crew, orchestra members, and production artists ranging in age from 7 to over 70, the production showcased the remarkable talent, creativity, and dedication of our School of the Arts community. It was a heartwarming reminder of how the performing arts bring generations together and inspire audiences of all ages.
