Global Recognition From The Voice Of The Music Industry
This year, industry trade publication Pollstar recognized all three venues, Ruth Eckerd Hall, The Nancy and David Billheimer Capitol Theatre and The BayCare Sound, as among the top live performing arts venues in the world. Pollstar, known as the voice of live entertainment for more than 40 years, announced their midyear rankings of live entertainment venues based on gross event ticket sales from 10/1/24 – 3/31/25:

Breaking New Ground In Live Music
The BayCare Sound quickly established itself as a hub for EDM, with the Clearwater debut of groundbreaking artists like Of The Trees, Lane 8 and Liquid Stranger. The state-of-the art music venue located at Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater also hosted award-winning acts like Remi Wolf, Khruangbin, Leon Bridges, Charley Crockett, Brad Paisley and more.
Earlier this year, Visit St. Pete Clearwater named Ruth Eckerd Hall a Best Live Music Venue Finalist and named The BayCare Sound the Best Live Music Venue. The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre was named as the Best Small Concert Space by Tampa Bay Magazine.
