Ruth Eckerd Hall employs approximately 90 full-time employees and 180 part-time employees. Full-time employees may participate in group health, dental and vision plans, optional supplemental insurance plans and a 403(b) retirement plan. Full-time employees also receive a company paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance plan, long-term disability benefit and paid time off.
